By accessing and using the services provided by Kaleltek LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
Kaleltek LLC provides software development, AI solutions, and cybersecurity consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for the client shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Kaleltek LLC retains rights to:
- Pre-existing materials and tools
- General knowledge and expertise gained during the engagement
- Non-client-specific components and frameworks
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any other sensitive information.
Limitation of Liability
Kaleltek LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
